EMISSION SOLUTIONS
We offer cutting-edge software solutions for deleting emission control systems, empowering your vehicle with enhanced performance.
However, it’s important to note that while we provide these services, we cannot assume liability for their use. We strongly advise our customers to thoroughly research and comply with their local laws and regulations regarding emission control modifications. Furthermore, these modifications are intended for off-road or track use only, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. At our core, we prioritize transparency and responsibility, empowering our customers with the information they need to make informed decisions about their vehicle enhancements.
If you’re experiencing AdBlue malfunctions in your car, commercial vehicle, truck, or tractor, installing our AdBlue Off Module will effectively resolve these issues.
Available solutions:
Adblue reduction
Decreases the consumption of AdBlue solution in vehicles equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems, optimizing usage.
Adblue deletion
Removes the need for AdBlue altogether in vehicles, eliminating the requirement for refills and associated costs.
No limp mode or engine de-rate
Prevents the vehicle from entering a reduced power state due to emissions-related issues, ensuring consistent performance.
EGR delete
Disables the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, preventing recirculation of exhaust gases into the engine, leading to improved performance and reduced emissions.
DPF delete
Eliminates the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) from the exhaust system, improving exhaust flow and reducing backpressure, resulting in enhanced engine performance and efficiency plus lower maintenance costs.
DOC delete
Removes the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), enhancing exhaust flow and optimizing engine efficiency.
Swirl flap delete
Disables the swirl flaps in the intake manifold, preventing potential failure and associated engine damage.
DTC delete
Deletes specific Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) from the vehicle’s ECU, allowing for modification without triggering error codes or warning lights.
Key Emission Control Technologies:
- Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR): SCR is a technology commonly used in diesel vehicles to reduce NOx emissions. It works by injecting a urea-based solution (commonly known as AdBlue) into the exhaust stream. This solution reacts with NOx over a catalyst, converting them into harmless nitrogen and water vapor.
- Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF): DPFs are designed to trap and remove particulate matter from diesel exhaust gases. These filters capture soot particles, preventing them from being released into the atmosphere. Periodically, the DPF undergoes a regeneration process to burn off the trapped particles, ensuring its efficiency over time.
- Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC): DOC is a technology used to reduce CO and HC emissions from diesel engines. It contains precious metals such as platinum and palladium, which catalyze the oxidation of these pollutants into less harmful substances like carbon dioxide and water vapor.
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR): EGR systems reduce NOx emissions by recirculating a portion of exhaust gas back into the engine’s combustion chamber. This dilutes the oxygen concentration in the combustion process, lowering peak temperatures and subsequently reducing NOx formation.
